The Fall season of anime has just begun with many great shows already airing, now it’s time to look ahead already to the returning anime series scheduled for the Winter season.
Some shows on the list were also slated to be part of the fall season, with some possibly delayed whilst others may not have been scheduled for release until the end of the fall season therefore running into the winter season. At the end of which we’ll list out the top shows to catch recommended by Kuru Media;
Dr Stone: Stone Wars Season 2
Dr Stone will be returning to our screens with the aptly named Stone Wars, the show will be picking up right where it left off. At the end of the first season there was looming threat of an impending War as Senku and his new found friends were preparing for the onslaught of Tsukasa Shishiō and his Army.

The second part of Season 2 will finally start airing this winter, following the first part being aired earlier this year as part of the Summer Anime season.

Log Horizon Season 3
This 3rd season of the widely popular series is named Destruction of the Round Table and will have 12 episode run, the series was originally scheduled for an October release but had to be delayed due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. The series will pick back up with Shiroe, along with his friends, Naotsugu and Akatsuki, as well as the rest of Log Horrizon society as they continue their adventures.

You can tell it’s season 2 as the series title now has two exclamation points rather than the singular exclamation point seen in season 1. We go back inside the human body with our favourite Red Blood Cell AE3803 as she continues her misadventures, but don’t worry our trusted White Blood Cell U-1146 will be right there to save her as usual.

Promised Neverland Season 2
We’ll get reacquainted with Emma, Ray and the rest of children of Grace Field House Orphanage only this time the kids will be beyond the walls as the series picks up where it left off. Another anime that was originally scheduled for an October release but the production of the series was hampered by the global health crisis. The series recently had both a live action film and series announced as well.
